Starting a side hustle is one of the best decision anyone could make. It gives us the opportunity to explore our creative side and also make some extra money for ourselves. There are number of things one can do to make some extra money. In the beginning of side hustle everyone is excited and full of energy. As the time goes on the side hustle starts to feel like work therefore it gets difficult for many of us to stay motivated to keep on doing it.

The reason for faded motivation could be that most of the time side hustles take time to generate income. This causes the person to feel like that its not going to work therefore there is a dip in motivation to go forward with it. Sometimes we get busy with our routine job and are not able to spare time for our side hustle hence we feel less motivated.

Many side hustles require our creative mind at work and its not easy to get new ideas. This could be the another reason that our side hustle gets neglected. We spend most of our time thinking about what to do next which causes the stress and an urge to quit.

More knowledge means more things to talk about. You would be able to utilize this knowledge to get new ideas for your side hustle and stay motivated.
Treat it like a hobby in order to stay motivated when you don’t get the desired results from your side hustle. Do not think about making money from it right away. First make it your habit to work on your side hustle every day and results will follow.
Side hustle is meant to be stress buster where you do a work which you like and enjoy. It should not become one more reason to give you stress. So treat it like that and you will always be motivated to work more on your side hustle.

It is preferred that if you make a blog, it should be about some particular topic. The reason for that is, blogs that a single topic have more chances of getting noticed. That does not mean that blogs without niche does not generate income. There are lot of successful bloggers who blog without particular niche. Do make categories in your blog. Categories are basically your blog posts about different topics. For example, you have written 5 blogs about singing and 5 posts about health & fitness. Make sure you separate those blogs with categories. Making categories can be hard as the beginner but you will learn it eventually.
Be consistent with your efforts. In the beginning earning from your blog can be difficult and it may take some time. You have to be patient and consistent with your content. Like I say in all my posts that consistency is very important to generate money from your blog.

Don’ts for blogging without niche

Do not write about something that you have no knowledge about. Whatever you are writing make sure that you at least know some things about that topic.
Do not write about a topic only one time and then move on to another topic. If you have made a post about singing then make sure you write at least 5-6 blogs about singing. If you write about it only once then you may have difficulty in getting adsense approval on your blog. That does not mean that you have to write 5 post about singing in a row. You can write about something else but remember to write about singing again.
